    Sales Executive

    Job Responsibilites

    • Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from Microsoft/other cloud solutions through research, referrals, and cold outreach.
    • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
    • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the team manager.
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products/services
    • Analyzing our competitors’ products and solutions/market to determine market success.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products, services, and licensing options to effectively peach to customers.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to address the unique needs of each client.
    • Meet/Exceed sales target to meet organizational goals and objectives.
    • Work with the team Manager to develop individual KPI to achieve company’s goals and objectives.
    • Establish a relationship with vendors for our hardware.
    • Meet / exceed KPI agreed upon.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers to Upsell and cross-sell.
    • To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided.
    • To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
    • Collaborate with the accounting department to generate invoices, Purchase Order and quotes for customers.
    • Write and pass at least one Microsoft exam monthly.

    Job Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 2-4 years work experience.

    Linkedin Content Creator

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a content strategy for LinkedIn that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
    • Create high-quality videos and graphics tailored for LinkedIn.
    • Edit and optimize video content for maximum engagement.
    • Schedule and post content on LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of content, using insights to improve future posts.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in LinkedIn content creation.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a content creator, preferably with a focus on LinkedIn.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and its content requirements.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a similar role within IT Industry.
    • Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
