    Sales Development Representative

    About the Role

    • The ultimate aim of a sales development representative is to expand a company's customer base.
    • You will generate leads, solicit new potential customers, and connect these customers with the right salesperson.
    • We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base.

    Responsibilities
    What you will be doing:

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Create potential customer’s lists in the UK, US, Middle East and Asia
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

    Executive Assistant

    About the Role

    • We are looking for an executive assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
    • To be successful in this role, you should be well organized, have great time management skills, and should be able to act without guidance.

    Responsibilities

    Product Designer

    About the Role

    • Klasha is looking for a product designer to work on various products we develop for our customers.
    • This candidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs.
    • This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions.
    • The candidate should also have the ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio.

    Responsibilities
    What you will be doing:

    • Identify opportunities for new products
    • Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
    • Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
    • Produce prototypes and test functionality
    • Improve the design of existing products
    • Gather feedback from product users
    • Identify new product improvement opportunities
    • Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences
    • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
    • Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
    • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
    • Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes
    • Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

    • Klasha is looking for an analytical, results-driven, fast-moving backend engineer to join our team and help to build an exciting payments and logistics startup in Africa.
    • The backend engineer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to build our product, write clean code, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users. You should have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.

    • Klasha is in search of a qualified marketing storyteller who will be responsible for writing and editing copies across digital channels, videos, proposals, social networks, blogs, banners and emails, and the role requires a deep understanding and thoughtful application of digital content & communication strategy.
    • We are looking for energetic, passionate, and confident candidates who can help turn frowns into life-changing grins.
    • The marketing storyteller will assist with various functions of the other team members and provide support to our sales department, with a strong focus on creating and shaping branded assets, content and marketing communications messaging for a variety of client accounts.

    Responsibilities
