• We are recruiting *Sales Associates / Field Sales Executives* to drive sales through *walk-in contact sales, product promotions, activations, and field marketing activities.*

Role Scope

• Walk-in contact sales at assigned locations
• Field sales activities including promotions, activations, and product sampling
• Customer engagement and product demonstrations
• Brand representation and relationship building.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years experience in cosmetics, beauty retail, or FMCG sales
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
• High energy and willingness to work in field sales environments
• Sales-driven mindset with target orientation

Remuneration

• Salary: N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
• Allowances: As applicable
• Performance pay: Sales‑linked incentives of up to 100% base pay in line with the annual sales target and bonus policy
