Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Ibadan facility. 
• This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills to ensure smooth site activities, compliance with safety and quality standards, and timely execution of production and facility-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site operations and ensure they align with company standards and schedules.
• Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Operations Manager and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance records, material logs, and incident reports.
• Assist in inventory control, receiving deliveries, and verifying materials for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure that all staff and workers adhere to site rules and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or automotive environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Experience:

• Project Management for Site Projects: 5 years (Required)
