    Sales Administrator

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
    • The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders, and deliveries, and provide support for sales representatives.
    • Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.

    Job Description

    • Process client orders.
    • Follow our sales policy strictly.
    • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
    • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
    • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
    • Develop monthly sales reports.
    • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree

    Inventory Officer

    Job Description

    • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
    • Inspect the levels of products to identify shortages.
    • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
    • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
    • Use software to monitor demand and document the characteristics of inventory.
    • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
    • Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
    • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
    • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
    • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Logistics or any relevant field.
    • Four years of experience as an inventory officer or similar position.
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
    • Working knowledge of inventory management software.
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
    • An analytical mind with strong math skills.

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Reliable and trustworthy.

    Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    • To provide administrative support to all staff, managing company documents, writing correspondence, and managing office supplies.

    • Receiving visitors and answering phone inquiries professionally.
    • Maintainand update company documents as needed.

    Debt Recovery Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Debt Collection Officer is responsible for providing support to the organization with particular emphasis on the collection of revenue
    • The position liaises directly with clients, issues invoices/notices, negotiates on outstanding payments, and where necessary initiates recovery action.
    • The Debt Collection Officer is also responsible for the administration and implementation of the debt recovery process.

    Job Description

    • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
    • Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
    • Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status.
    • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
    • Handle questions or complaints.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
    • Create trust relationships with debtors, when possible, to avoid future issues.
    • Update account status and database regularly.
    • Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
    • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Statistics, and other related fields.
    • Four years of experience in debt recovery in the financial sector.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.
    • Good time management.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and an excellent telephone manner.
    • Appropriately assertive manner to deal with debtors and clients.
    • Proactive and able to take initiative.
    • Able to work within a team as well as independently.
    • Able to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Natural ability to interact with people from various backgrounds and various levels.
