    Risk Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
    • Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks
    • Analyze loan applications and assess creditworthiness
    • Implement loan recovery strategies and negotiate repayment plans
    • Monitor and track delinquent accounts
    • Collaborate with credit, legal, IT, operations and compliance teams

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
    • 4-5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services for risk management, credit control, or loan recovery roles
    • Strong understanding of financial risk identification, assessment and compliance processes
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CBN, SEC, NDIC)
    • Professional certifications (CRM, CFA, ACCA, ICAN) are an added advantage.

    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze current and past financial data and provide strategies to increase revenue.
    • Research the market to identify new business opportunities, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.

    Senior Credit Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough credit appraisals of loan applications, including analysis of financial statements, cash flow, repayment capacity, and collateral.
    • Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for management or credit committee approval.
    • Ensure all credit proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements (CBNguidelines).
    • Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signals of potential default.
    • Recommend restructuring, remedial actions, or recovery strategies for non-performing loans.

    SME Marketing Officer

    Responsibilties

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain SME clients.
    • Drive awareness of SME-focused loan products, savings schemes, and other financial solutions offered by the bank.
    • Conduct market research to identify SME financing gaps and customer needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, business associations, and local trade groups.

    Customer Service Officer / Teller

    Job Summary

    • The Customer Service / Teller is responsible for providing excellent frontline service to customers by handling financial transactions accurately, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • The role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to banking guidelines and security procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, cashing checks and other routine banking operations
    • Maintain and balance cash drawer and reconcile at the beginning and end of each day.
    • Verify customer identity, check transaction appropriateness, and escalate suspicious or non-standard activities.
    • Adhere to internal controls, policies, regulatory requirements, security procedures.
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and promote positive customer relationships.
    • Provide information about the bank’s products and services, and refer customers to appropriate departments for more complex services.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 3 years experience.
