      Retail Showroom Coordinator

    Our client, a manufacturing company specialized in the production of chemicals and fertilizers, wants to fill for the below position:

    Department: Retail
    Reports to:  Retail Store Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating & Addressing all Admin related issues raised by Showrooms
    • Collating DATA like (Customer Enquiry, Price Survey etc & Sharing the Same with Business Head
    • Coordinating showroom for Impress vouchers collection & Submitting the same to  Accounts for processing the Payments.
    • Coordinating with Showrooms for Marketing Material Inventories & Payments.
    • Sending Minutes of Meeting on weekly / Monthly Basis to all Showrooms.
    • Updating Meeting Calendar on day to day Basis for Supplier & Showroom Meetings
    • Follow-up with Logistics for Stationary & Cleaning Material Supplies
    • Coordinating for Renewal of Fire Extinguishers / License renewals / Lawman Payments / Lasma Payment / NEPA etc.
    • Timely Replenishment of Stationary / IT Supplies / Cleaning material for showrooms.
    • Collating Diesel Collection Records from Showrooms.
    • Keep track of Generator Service History of Showrooms.
    • Employee Transfer Request processing in HRMS.
    • Leave / Exit Handover Sheet – Coordinating and filling the same with necessary   acknowledgement.
    • Offer Management – Keep All Offer Prices File & Update accordingly.
    • Supplier & Brand Catalogue filling.
    • MIS & Updates.

    Requirements

    • Minimum educational standard:   B. Sc/HND in Marketing or any other Social Science disciplines.
    • Minimum Working Experience:  1 – 2 Years’ related experience in Retail – Consumer Electronics & General Operations.

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

    • 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Must possess analytical Skill
    • Excellent multitasking skills.
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
    • A team player.
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skill

    • Raising Invoice for Customer Purchase
    • Managing Sales Return & Refund for Customer goods.
    • Payment Confirmations from Head Office.
    • Petty Cash & Voucher Management.
    • Inventory Document Management (LTO / LTI / BINCARD / GRN etc.).
    • Audit Management.
    • Generating Daily Sales Report.
    • Stationary & Cleaning Material Management.   
    • Handling Floor Operations in absence of Showroom Manager.
    • Managing Showroom Utilities Expenses (NEPA / LAWMA / PERMITS / LASTMA etc.).
    • Daily cash lodgments to respective Banks.

    Specification:

    Our client, a manufacturing company specialized in the production of chemicals and fertilizers, wants to fill for the below position:

    Position: Social Media Specialist

    Department: Retail                        

    Location: Lagos

    Purpose: responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. 

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    •   Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
    • Finding ways to develop reach of Electromart Nigeria via all Business Platforms.
    • Manage and oversee social media content
    • Measure the success of every social media campaign
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
    • Attend all customer queries generated via social media Platforms.
    • Work with Ecommerce manager and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
    • Provide constructive feedback on performance.

    Specification:

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

    •  3 - 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
    • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
    • Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web traffic metrics.
    • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
    • Excellent multitasking skills.
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
