Sales

• Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
• Guide customers by ushering them to appropriate sections in the store based on their needs and interests
• Be proactively engaged in upselling and maximize sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Fulfill phone and online orders to support the omnichannel customer experience

Customer Service

• Professionally handle phone calls and any customer service issues
• Assist customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner delivering superior customer service
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the retail manager when necessary

Inventory management

• Stay aware of inventory levels and communicate low stock
• Participate in stock count activities.

Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant fields
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a retail/commercial environment.
• Experience in fashion, selling across on-floor and digital channels is a key requirement.

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our company's facilities.
• You will ensure that the premises is well-maintained, efficient, and compliant with regulations.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all facilities, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects to ensure minimal disruption to daily operation
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment for all occupants.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years proven experience as a Facility Manager.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and vendor negotiation.
• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and security protocols.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
