Retail Sales Executive at Owens and Xley

Sales

• Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
• Guide customers by ushering them to appropriate sections in the store based on their needs and interests
• Be proactively engaged in upselling and maximize sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Fulfill phone and online orders to support the omnichannel customer experience

Customer Service

• Professionally handle phone calls and any customer service issues
• Assist customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner delivering superior customer service
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the retail manager when necessary

Inventory management

• Stay aware of inventory levels and communicate low stock
• Participate in stock count activities.

Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant fields
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a retail/commercial environment.
• Experience in fashion, selling across on-floor and digital channels is a key requirement.
