Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, recreation, spa, security, and maintenance
• Set and enforce SOPs across all departments
• Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive continuous improvement
• Manage resort budgets, revenue targets, and cost control
• Track occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR performance
• Recruit, train, and develop department heads and staff
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage staff welfare
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive bookings and corporate packages
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee facility maintenance, renovations, and vendor relationships
• Report operational and financial performance to ownership or board.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design landscape layouts including green areas, walkways, drainage, irrigation systems, and planting schemes
• Supervise and coordinate landscape construction works including earthworks, hardscaping, turfing, and planting
• Prepare landscape drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ)
• Manage irrigation and drainage systems — installation, operation, and maintenance
• Oversee soil preparation, planting, and establishment of trees, shrubs, and lawns
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure landscape works meet design standards and client requirements
• Manage and supervise landscape maintenance teams and external contractors
• Monitor plant health and recommend treatment for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and sustainability standards
• Prepare progress reports, site records, and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP engineers on integrated site development projects

Description

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure Respond promptly to breakdown calls and carry out corrective repairs
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, generators, UPS systems, fire suppression, and other critical utilities Conduct routine inspections and submit maintenance reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and maintenance consumables Identify and escalate potential equipment failures before they cause downtime
• Support facility upgrades, installations, and minor construction works as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, earthing, and control panels.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and infrastructure.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HV / LV systems, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, and electrical panels.
• Monitor electrical load, energy consumption, and power quality; recommend improvements.
• Prepare and review single - line diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant standards (IEE, NEC, IEC, SON, or client specs).
• Conduct root cause analysis on electrical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines on projects.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and work completion records.
• Enforce health, safety, and electrical safety regulations on site.
