Job Description

• To drive the deposit mobilization arm of the business.
• Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the Bank.
• Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of corporate clients and individual depositors.
• Build relationships with new & existing customers.
• Develop attractive products to contribute to the achievement of the overall deposit target.

KPIs:

• Ensure 100% achievement of assigned deposit mobilization and CASA targets.
• Ensure 100% achievement of Customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain the Banks approved cost of funds target at all times.
• Develop strategies to ensure sustainable growth in liquidity in line with the Banks goals.

Qualifications

• A good First Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years in prestige banking: high volume deposit mobilization and with excellent performance track record.
• Experience in an Asset Management and Investment firm is an added advantage
• Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) andMicrofinance Certificate Program or any other related qualifications are an added advantage.

Job Description

• Researching, designing, implementing and managingsoftwareprograms (Web and Mobile Applications).
• Testing and evaluating new programs.
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
• Writing and implementing efficient code.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience as a core Back End Software Developer OR Full-Stack.
• Proven work experience as a Mobile developer preferably in the FINTEC space.
• Familiarity withRESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge ofAndroid UI designprinciples, patterns, and best practices.
• Knowledge ofHTML5, Phyton, Php, Laravel, JavaScript Mobile Development, React Native/Flutter, AWS, Azure, and other cloud related services.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language likeSwift and Java.
• Should be ready to transition into IOS.
• Strong knowledge of both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of solid design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).
• Experience as a front-end, UI/UX developer.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with OOP design principles

• Ensure proposed changes/solutions effectively handle the current pain points (root cause focused)
• Identify stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and facilitate development of Business Requirement Specification documentation for solution/customization development
• Model envisioned scenarios for substandard processes/improvement opportunities and facilitate approval for changes
• Develop process maps for new processes (using Microsoft Visio Mapping Tool etc.)
• Facilitate the revision of Standard Operating Manuals (SOM) with departments and products teams

Accountability:

• Partnership on continuous process improvement journey and re-engineering of the bank’s business process standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2nd class lower in First Degree (MBA, M.Sc, MA, ML and/or Professional Qualifications is compulsory)
• 4 - 6 years working experience.
• General banking experience especially in operations, marketing or support service units.

Relevant Certifications:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification (CBAP/CCBA, BCS BA, PMI-PBA, etc.)
• PROSCI Change Management Certification.
• Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA).
• Agile Project Management Certification.
