    Regional Terminal Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the efficient delivery of premium inter-state passenger Transport Services
    • Manage routing & scheduling
    • Terminal Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple terminals within the region, ensuring efficient and safe handling of cargo.
    • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of terminal staff, including supervisors, operators, and administrative personnel.
    • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety protocols.
    • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage terminal budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
    • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in terminal operations, logistics, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.

    Telematics Fleet Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of telematics systems on fleet vehicles.
    • Monitor vehicle location, speed, and other performance metrics in real-time, using telematics data.
    • Analyze driver behavior data, such as acceleration, braking, and cornering, to identify areas for improvement.
    • Use telematics data to optimize fleet performance, reduce fuel consumption, and improve safety.
    • Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule maintenance and repairs based on telematics data, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal vehicle performance.
    • Collaborate with fleet managers to address driver performance issues, provide training, and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights on fleet performance, driver behavior, and maintenance needs.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience working with telematics systems.
