Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect cargo, trucks, trailers, and depots.
• Monitor fleet movement using GPS tracking, telematics, and real- ne security systems. estigate and respond to cargo theft, hijacking, andnauthorized access incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services in case of security breaches.
• Oversee security operations at warehouses, depots, and transit hubs.
• Ensure proper access control, CCTV surveillance, and perimeter security.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Logistics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in security management within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
• Knowledge of truck security best practices, fleet tracking technologies, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience handling goods theft investigations, route security, and plant security.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities for trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles.
• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
• Conduct initial diagnosis of faults and verify completed repairs before vehicle release.
• Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and workshop safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and job cards in line with company policy.
• Monitor and control workshop tools, equipment, and materials to prevent misuse or loss.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fleet or auto workshop operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical background in diesel engine duty trucks and vehicle electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance systems or ERP tools is an added advantage.
