Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence across the South South region.
• The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, oversee field sales activities, and implement effective strategies to improve competitiveness in the healthcare market.

Job Description

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives within the assigned region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for company products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
• Ensure brand visibility and market penetration align with organizational goals.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors’ activities within the region.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical or healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
• Must be resident in any of the above listed locations and familiar with healthcare institutions in the region.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Candidates with prior sales experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Laboratory Equipment is an added advantage.
