    Regional Sales Manager

    Responsbilties

    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies, set sales goals and quotas, and create plans to help the sales team achieve them.
    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives and territory managers to ensure they are motivated and equipped for success.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for upper management to track progress and identify opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and challenges within the region.
    • Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure regional sales strategies align with broader company objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and other business partners.

    Requirements

    • BSC in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An additional qualification will be an advantage
    • No less than ten years of experience
    • Strong leadership skills are essential for motivating and managing a sales team.
    • The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
    • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
    • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is often required.

    Biomedical Sales Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Create new medical equipment, devices, and systems, from artificial limbs to diagnostic imaging systems. This can involve computer modeling, using principles from physics, engineering, and biology.
    • Stay current with the latest advancements to develop innovative solutions for healthcare challenges.
    • Test prototypes to ensure they are safe, effective, and meet quality and regulatory standards. This includes conducting safety checks and analyzing data.
    • Work with scientists, doctors, and other engineers to understand needs and develop solutions.
    • Provide technical assistance, train clinicians on how to use new equipment, and resolve technical issues.
    • Write technical reports, research papers, and documentation on equipment procedures.

    Requirements

    • Education: A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering is typically required, with master's or doctoral degrees often necessary for research and development.
    • Proficiency in using engineering and scientific principles, as well as software for modeling and data analysis.
    • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
    • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • A collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.
    • A commitment to high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
