Key Responsibilities

• Regional reporting, investigations, and human-interest storytelling
• Crisis-sensitive coverage with safety discipline
• Live updates and field reports
• Build source networks ethically and transparently
• File minimum content quotas (to be set in contract).

Requirements
Added Advantage:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 3 - 10 years of work experience. 
• Multimedia reporting and MoJo
• Local language proficiency and strong writing
• Basic camera handling.

• Monitor transmission, signals, playout schedules
• Live switching coordination and troubleshooting
• Ingest, QC, and file management discipline
• Incident logs and escalation protocols

• Camera handling familiarity (studio support)
• Streaming technology knowledge

• Drive daily growth and engagement through short-form, platform-native storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create reels/shorts/clips with strong hooks and retention
• Publish and optimize across YouTube, TikTok, IG, X, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Monitor trends, analytics, and audience behavior
• Collaborate with the newsroom for breaking news cutdowns and explainers
