Role Purpose
- Drive daily growth and engagement through short-form, platform-native storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create reels/shorts/clips with strong hooks and retention
- Publish and optimize across YouTube, TikTok, IG, X, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Monitor trends, analytics, and audience behavior
- Collaborate with the newsroom for breaking news cutdowns and explainers

- Copywriting + SEO basics
- Motion graphics templates + thumbnail design
- Live social coverage and community moderation discipline.
