• The recruitment specialist works closely with department managers and HR professionals to identify critical positions and examine applicant information (including resumes and social media sites) to determine which candidates meet or exceed the position’s requirements.

Recruitment Specialist Skills and Qualifications

• bachelor’s degree,
• two to three years of recruiting experience,

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.
• Confirming the Quantity, while supplying goods, and record it in the inventory book.
• Confirming the Quantity, after offloading the containers, and record it in the inventory book.
• Taking incident reports from people in person or over the phone, and addressing requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Oversee the management of stock within an organisation. This includes receiving, issuing and dispatching stock, and handling communication between freight companies and warehouse customers.
• Responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock. This involves processing receipts, taking records and documenting the details of all orders.
• Manage occupational health and safety procedures and book times for incoming deliveries.
• Assist with general duties within the warehouse.
