    Recruitment Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
    • Screen CVs, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

    Requirements

    Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
