Our client, a reputable organization located on Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking a competent and reliable Front Desk Officer.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced work environment while serving as the first point of contact for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and attend to visitors professionally
Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
Maintain professionalism in all internal and external interactions
Handle tasks promptly and meet deadlines
Carry out any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to work from the Victoria Island office
