Travel General Manager at Travoofy

Role Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of Travoofy. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across sales, travel operations, customer experience, finance, partnerships and people management.

This role requires a strong business leader who can translate strategy into measurable results, build high-performing teams, develop strategic relationships and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.
• Proven experience managing business operations, sales, or a commercial team.
• Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and business growth.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel, travel operation and Credit Control
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance through KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant travel/business management systems.
