Job Title

• We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented candidate to oversee the proper receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw and packaging materials within our facility.
• The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, compliance with quality and safety standards, and efficient material handling to support uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
• Verify quantities and specifications against Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes.
• Properly label and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP and manual stock cards where applicable.
• Ensure strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation methods.
• Issue raw and packaging materials to production based on approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low stock or re-order needs.
• Conduct routine stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure storage areas comply with GMP, food safety, and company standards.
• Prevent material damage, contamination, pilferage, or wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the raw and packaging store.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.
• Support internal and external audits when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / NCE in Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or any related field.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (FMCG experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and GMP standards.
• Ability to use inventory management software (ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Finished Goods Supervisor to oversee the handling, storage, and dispatch of finished products within our FMCG factory.
• The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, product quality, safety compliance, and accurate stock records while supporting efficient warehouse and distribution operations to meet customer and business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and properly store all finished goods.
• Ensure accurate stock count and proper documentation on ERP/stock records.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO and proper inventory rotation.
• Ensure storage areas meet GMP and food safety standards.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinate with logistics.
• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSC in any relevant field.
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (FMCG preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and GMP.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and good communication skills
• Ability to use inventory management software (ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
