• The Quantity Surveyor will work with the construction team in forecasting the cost of different materials needed for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget , bills of quantity, and track changes to the design or construction work

• Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
• Coordination of work effort
• Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Quantity surveying
• 2 years working experience in a constructing firm
• Must have completed his/ her one (1) year Nysc mandatory service.
