Customer Fulfillment Officer at Gtext Group

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• The Customer Fulfillment Officer will be working with our Sales team in bridging the gap and creating harmonious relationship between our organization and clients.
• Receiving calls and replying mails from customers
• Receive enquiry and find solution to customer complaints
• Managelargeamounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
