    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Objective / Purpose of the Job

    • We are seeking the services of an experienced Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for managing all costs relating to the company's projects. This will include preparing estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.

    Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

    • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
    • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure the most efficient use ofresources
    • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
    • Monitor and manage project costs and budgets
    • Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management
    • Ensure that all work complies with relevant regulations and quality standards
    • Collaborate with the team to identify and mitigate project risks

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
    • At minimum 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
    • Proficient in cost estimating and budget management software
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Attention to detail and accuracy task.
    • Self-driven and proactive nature.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrate leadership qualities.
    • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
    • Experience in document creation.

    Monthly Salary

    • N150,000.00 Gross

    Legal Associate

    Job Summary

    • The legal associate is responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the Recovery, Debt Collection, Asset Management and Secretarial Unit of the Company.
    • Legal Associates have the opportunity to develop technical knowledge of multi-sector of the economy as well as having the opportunity to work with a number of high profile institutions.
    • The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    • Represent the company on all Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and National Pension Commission (PENCOM) matters.
    • Ensuring prompt response to requests from Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and National Pension Commission (PenCom).
    • Writing weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly Reports for the Consortium, AMCON and PenCom.
    • Ensuring quick, creative identification and tracking of Assets of all obligors for attachment.
    • Ensuring prompt enforcement of judgments in collaboration with Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and the company’s partners.
    • Preparing budgets for all operational expenses for approval by the Chairman and other members of the Consortium and where applicable by AMCON.
    • Keeping accounts of and controlling all operational expenses.
    • Collaborating withother law officers from the Partner firms and to attend court for litigation
    • Providing promptly recovery assertiveness/ creative solutions for PenCom assignments with companies , organizations and other entities in conjunction with Auditors, Accountants, Consultants etc .
    • Provide effective support for the management of the Company’s secretarial functions including drafting of minutes, resolutions and excerpts of minutes
    • Rendering returns at CAC, submit forms and statutory notices to CAC for filing and obtain CTC
    • Drafting and vetting of company’s agreements
    • Proper documentation /record keeping of all matters
    • Advising the company on legal matters
    • Business Development: Preparation of proposals to companies for secretarial services
    • Conduct quarterly investigations both internal and external to outline legal issues affecting the company and proffer solutions
    • Provide training, research and analysis of legal standing of the company and clients of the company
    • Organizing and recruiting personnel for the Legal Unit of the Company
    • Attending Training Sessions for further development and skills acquisition, as nominated and training others
    • Any other task as reasonably required to ensure the smooth running of the job and the department.

    Assistant Accounts Officer

    Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

    • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by processing accounts payable and receivable,
    • reconciling bank statements, and performing other general accounting tasks as needed.
    • Monitor daily transactions and ensure that they are accurately recorded in the company's accounting system.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements.
    • Prepare and submit tax filings to government agencies in a timely manner.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting by gathering and analysing financial data.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as accounting standards and regulations
    • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

    Experience / Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks,Odoo or Sage is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
