    Public Relations (PR) Supervisor

    Position Summary

    • The PR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the public relations activities within the company, ensuring the effective communication of the company’s initiatives and brand image.
    • This role includes supervising the PR team, developing strategic PR plans, and managing media relations to promote the logistics company’s services and reputation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
    • Plan and execute PR campaigns to promote the company’s logistics services and enhance its brand image.
    • Responsible for the operation and management of public relations for exhibitions, industry associations, public institutions, non-governmental organizations, etc.;
    • Responsible for conference marketing, planning and execution of monthly industry promotion meetings;
    • Responsible for monthly market surveys, competitor surveys, industry surveys, and formulating industry logistics solutions;
    • Responsible for collecting industry customer resources, communicating with customers, and conducting conference marketing;
    • Plan and coordinate PR events such as product launches, press conferences, and industry conferences.
    • Ensure all logistics for events are handled efficiently and effectively.
    • Measure and report on the success of events and PR campaigns.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide regular reports on PR activities and outcomes to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess College Degrees or above, majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Logistics Management and other related majors.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in new product development and marketing, preferably service products;
    • Have strong market planning and implementation capabilities, relationship network building capabilities and business collaboration capabilities;
    • Have independent analytical judgment, systematic thinking and planning and organizational capabilities.

    Online-To-Offline Marketing Supervisor

    Position Summary

    • The O2O Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing strategies that integrate online marketing efforts with offline sales and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
    • This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and leveraging digital tools to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the planning and execution of online and offline promotional activities such as joint promotions, APP marketing, and promotional codes;
    • Responsible for promotional activities in various regional markets and industry markets, as well as online and offline promotions;
    • Responsible for investigating competitors’ market activities, formulating corresponding strategies and activity plans, and effectively organizing promotional activities for market competition;
    • Responsible for the production, procurement, management and implementation of market materials;

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.

    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying andsecuring new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationshipswith existing clients. This role involves actively prospecting for new clients,understanding their needs, presenting product or service solutions, negotiating contracts,and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Job Description

    • Identify potential clients and market segments that align with our logistics servicesand generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Develop and implement strategies effectively for extensive sales and distribution of company products.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to create tailored logistics solutions for clients.
    • Present proposals and quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
    • Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
    • Monitor to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly to enhance sales process and revenue.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the Line Managers and Management.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records including client interactions and sales forecast to obtain information useful in preparing reports
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase our services.
    • Perform every other tasks as assigned by your Reporting Line.

    Competencies and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study.
    • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with proven track records in Logistics, B2B and FMCG.
    • Must be able to identify prospects, identify prospects' challenges and proffer solutions and build rapport and maintain client relationships and Retention.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Must be a good negotiator.
    • Must possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
