Summary

• Thorough cleaning of assigned locations with compliance to checklist.
• Responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds, and notifying Manager of any issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in housekeeping sanitation, safety, comfort and aesthetics for hotel guests.
• Follow laid down standard operating procedures for cleaning.
• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify managers of room snags or repairs.
• Ensure room amenities are available in guest rooms before check in.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Assist guests when necessary.
• Keep linen room stocked.
• Properly clean upholstered furniture.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Manager.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of SSCE/O’levels.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Housekeeper.
• Previous experience as an Housekeeper.

Remuneration
N480,000 per annum.

Summary

Responsibilities

• Sort laundry items according to materials and color
• Wash, dry and iron hotel linens and guests’ clothing
• Remove stains from clothes using the appropriate procedure
• Maintain cleanliness in the laundry room
• Keep an updated inventory of all laundry items
• Provide other laundry services if required.

Skills / Qualifications

• OND or relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively, with good attention to detail
• Self-motivated, high energy and strong time management skills
• Proven work experience as a laundry attendant
• Attention to detail for sorting fabrics
• Familiarity with cleaning and laundry equipments.

Remuneration

• N480,000 per annum.
