Project Manager - Construction at Concrete Logistics Limited

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all waterproofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and work programs for assigned projects.
• Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure projects remain within approved budgets and achieve targeted profitability.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on all project-related matters.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all waterproofing works meet required specifications and client expectations.
• Ensure all project sites comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational disruptions.
• Review and approve material requisitions, work schedules, and site resource requirements.
• Coordinate project close-out activities, including final inspections, snag rectification, handover, and submission of completion documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including site reports, material usage records, progress reports, and project correspondence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, project quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate project team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
