About the Role

• We are seeking three highly motivated Project Coordinators to support the implementation of the VisiLite Inventory application across Abia, Enugu, and Ondo State. 
• This temporary role is essential for ensuring seamless execution, comprehensive user support, and effective stakeholder coordination in the pilot implementation of our flagship tracking tool.
• The ideal candidates will have strong project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in healthcare, supply chain, or IT related projects.The candidates must have relevant public healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities
Training and User Support:

• Assist in “Train the Trainer” sessions and support local trainers.
• Conduct hands-on training for warehouse, facility, and dispensary users.
• Ensure users understand QR code scanning and system functionalities.
• Act as the first point of contact for user support and issue resolution.
• Log and track technical issues, escalating unresolved ones via Jira.

Inventory Labeling and Deployment:

• Oversee label printing and distribution across facilities.
• Ensure barcode labels are placed correctly on the products in warehouses.
• Validate that all commodities are properly labeled before go-live.

Data Collection and Reporting:

• Track user adoption and system usage across pilot sites.
• Collect feedback from users on system performance and challenges.
• Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, batch tracking, and visibility.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between state actors Program Managers, facility staff, LMCU Coordinators, warehouse managers, and the HCSS team.
• Ensure implementation alignment with SMEP and NMEP objectives. .
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.

Logistics and Resource Management:

• Ensure participants receive their network data allowances for system use.
• Track the availability of hardware (phones, printers, laptops) for the pilot.
• Manage local travel and facility access arrangements as needed.
• Ensure locations for trainings are suitable for participants.

Pilot Evaluation and Documentation:

• Document lessons learned, success stories, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in drafting the final pilot assessment report for funders and partners.
• Support the evaluation of the pilot by the national Elimination Programme M&E and PSM teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
• Candidates must posses relevant public health experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, healthcare programs, or IT related projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with training users and providing technical support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Jira or other issue-tracking tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and travel within assigned state.

• We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer with expertise in Expo to help develop a campaign management application for public health initiatives. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development for both Android and iOS and experience supporting users in the public health sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React Native mobile applications using Expo.
• Implement intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX for public health campaigns.
• Integrate APIs and backend services to support real-time data collection and reporting.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across multiple devices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications for seamless user experience.
• Work closely with public health stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance application functionality.
• Provide technical support and training to end users as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data analysts, and public health professionals.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in React Native and Expo.
• Proven experience developing and deploying Android & iOS mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations.
• Knowledge of mobile app security best practices.
• Prior experience working in public health projects or supporting end users in health focused applications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with offline data collection, push notifications, and geolocation services.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics tools and performance monitoring.
• Understanding of health data standards (FHIR, HL7) and data privacy regulations.
• Experience deploying and managing apps on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
