    Programme Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    In fulfilling his or her operational responsibilities, the successful Candidate will:

    • Develop the organization's annual programme calendar in alignment with strategic priorities.
    • Identify opportunities for new initiatives, events, and partnerships that add value to members and stakeholders.
    • Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-profile events including trade missions, business forums, networking sessions, training workshops, and flagship galas.
    • Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorship fulfilment, and delegate management.
    • Develop and track programme KPis, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery.
    • Produce post-event reports including financial summaries, attendance metrics, and impact assessments.
    • Work with the Communications team to promote programmes through digital, media, and print channels.
    • Coordinate with the Finance team for budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, International Relations, or related field.
    • Certification in project or event management is an advantage.
    • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in programme or event management, preferably in a chamber of commerce, trade association, or corporate setting.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale events and multi-stakeholder programmes.

    HR & Admin Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    In fulfilling his or her operational responsibilities, the successful Candidate will:

    • Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and Nigerian labor laws.
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all staff and interns.
    • Design performance management systems, including goal-setting and appraisals.
    • Coordinate staff training and capacity-building programmes to enhance skills and career growth.
    • Oversee the smooth running of daily office operations, ensuring cost-effective procurement, asset management, and facility maintenance.
    • Supervise the administration team, including front desk, records, and maintenance staff, ensuring optimal workflow and service delivery.
    • Manage service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
    • Ensure the HR policies are compliant with Nigerian labour laws, tax regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
      Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
    • Minimum 5-7 years progressive HR and administrative management experience, preferably in a membership-based organization, corporate, or development sector.
    • Demonstrated success in managing recruitment, talent development, and organizational change.
    • Strong experience in vendor and facilities management.
