    Program Manager

    Job Description

    • These partnerships are in the forms of executed memoranda of understanding with several academic division of local and international universities, a world class engineering training & equipment manufacturing research institute of considerable reputation
    • The imperative of efficient harnessing & management of these relationships, for optimal profitability, has necessitates this search for a self managed professional, with very strong managerial leadership skills to ascertain the responsibilities inherent in the above position.
    • He/she will manage the strategic and operational issues identified in the various memoranda of understanding to ensure operational efficiency & profitability, ensure that the interest of the company is well protected, and provide periodic reports to management, as well as our various partners.
    • This position calls for considerable planning, coordination, and administrative skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a demanding work environment.

    Job Description

    • Full time Responsibilities Plan and coordinate training programmes with our partners.
    • Shortlist and select facilitators for list of courses
    • Create time table for training programmes
    • Work with Learning Team to design Technical Certificate Training Programs
    • Manage Business partners and sponsors, Tutors and facilitators for the program.
    • Recruit program facilitators and manage them.
    • Follow up on facilitators to ensure timely attendance
    • Represent the Company as the Head of Business Development and Programs during events, presentations, press interviews and promotional activities.
    • Mentoring and working with participants, tutors, partners and maintaining an ever evolving curriculum
    • Manage all participants to ensure strict adherence to laid down rules
    • Design training work-plan and ensure compliance
    • Identify organisations to engage trainees either on internship basis or full time employment if required
    • Sign partnerships with recruitment firms and agencies to provide list of trained candidates for employment considerations
    • Work with media team to promote training programmes
    • Engage in monitoring of interns/employed trainees to be sure they are performing optimally
    • Provide monthly feedback on trainees' performance
    • Create social media groups for trainees and share career development courses as well as job opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree / HND qualification.
    • The appointee will preferably be an Engineer with a Postgraduate in Business Management Degree, with not less than 10 years of management experience, some of which would have been in an engineering consulting practice
    • Strong communication, influence, negotiation & the ability to relate at senior management levels, are essential prerequisites for success.

    Production Operator

    Responsibilities

    • Reports observed deviations on machines during operation to technical team and ensure that breakdowns are resolved promptly and permanently.
    • Drives start up timing as per plan after every production run on lines in assigned machine by carrying out machine preparation in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for reduction of all waste (laminate waste, milk waste, sugar waste etc.) in their respective work areas.
    • Adheres to GMP/GHK standards in his Shift, hands over his area with 100% compliance to GMP/GHK, executes GMP Audit as per planned weekly calendar, executes CAP as part of implementation from GMP/GHK Audit
    • Understands the monetary impact of raw material losses on product and plant profitability.
    • Puts Quality First (product, behaviour, communication, etc.)
    • Wears clean uniform, 100% Compliance to PPE on the shop floor, No Jewellery worn in production areas
    • Ensures zero tolerance to drinking / eating on production lines, prompt cleaning of production lines is completed during his shift.
    • Reports all near misses/Non-conformance in during his or her shift and follows through with responsible persons for resolution.
    • Ensures all quality control parameters and variables are within acceptable targets in his/her Shift (e.g. TS, Viscosity, Sealing, etc.)
    • Is responsible for raw and packaging material on the shop floor, ensures materials are properly staged and is accountable for the usage of same materials
    • Ensures that product is available as at when due and delays that may affect production continuity are promptly escalated to shift production supervisor.
    • Ensures he or she strictly adhere to the requirements of the CHI, ISO 9001 quality system and all other management systems and TCCC Standards.
    • Ensure he or she strictly adhere to all statutory and regulatory requirements, safety and environment regulations.
    • Informs the shift production supervisor on the need for working tools and ensure proper controls and safekeeping of the tools.
    • Escalates promptly according to existing escalation matrix any non-conformity observed during the production process
    • Documents all machine events in production log book and all other required documentation on the shop floor.

    Central Technical Store Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ensure Appropriate Incoming Goods Inspections (Quality & Quantity)

    Maintenance Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for day to day maintenance and repair of production equipment.
    • Planning and implementation of 5s
    • To frequently liaise with maintenance manager on maintenance and repair activities of production floor.
    • To continuously improve the performance of all machine and equipment.
    • Ensure the quality of spares and specification of fabricated part by the vendors.
    • To plan for spare parts requirement to prevent delay in production process due to spare part requirement.
    • To continuously carry out routine check on all machine and to ensure they are in good working condition.

    Automation Engineer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Debug and optimize automation programs, maintain program and system files backup; maintain software and communication networks.
    • Assist maintenance and Engineering with troubleshooting procedures for equipment such as Filling and process equipment.
    • Ensure maintenance upgrades and repair of PLCs including servers and interface panels.
    • Oversee the instruments and control systems from an engineering perspective and assures all design modifications or additions of the same are performed professionally and in strict accordance with company procedures and code compliance.

    • Knowledge of Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis and root cause analysis.
