    Production Supervisor

    Qualification: 

    • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. qualification
    • Proven ability to deliver results 
    • Excellent MS Excel skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead a team safely 

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance of staff to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygienic Practices
    • Monitoring of shop floor worker and machinery to ensure zero incidence and near miss
    • Reduce and keep track of staff absenteeism, lateness and take necessary action
    • Communicate Job expectations to staff; Shift Target, Quality and Safety Expectation
    • Ensure that all production issues/records are well documented and kept safely
    • Report all machine breakdown promptly and immediate follow up with maintenance team on any breakdown
    • Ensure production outputs meet Quality Expectation as per QDI
    • Coaching and training of staff and casuals
    • Ensure the minimum waste standard is not exceeded and daily tracking of logbook for compliance
    • Ensure staff dress properly in line with company standard and should be able to enforce PPE Usage
    • Ensure all machine and human downtimes are recorded in the appropriate form and kept safely
    • Prevent any form of pilferage/stealing during or after production
    • Maintain discipline, dedication and commitment on production floor
    • Handing over to the incoming shift by communicating production issues and unfinished tasks
    • Ensuring accuracy in RMPM through proper daily stock reconciliation and monthly stock take 
    • Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process and ensuring zero defect on the line
    • Accuracy in RMPM Requisitions and timely escalation of unavailable Materials
    • Assist the manager in Strategic Production Planning to ensure Zero-time loss on Machine and product delivery
    • Reduce time loss in batch processes by Following up with Manufacturing and QC team for timely delivery of product 
    • Person specification and essential skills for Successful job performance;
    • Ability to operate in team both as leader and follower
    • Ability to handle successfully and effectively assigned responsibly for specific assignment
    • Ability to communicate above average; explain issue to staff in a clear and simple manner
    • Ability to write good report; precise and concise shift report and documentation
    • Effective people supervision and meeting set target and standards in terms of output
    • Possess excellent inter personal skills; be self-motivated
    • Possess some level of initiative and emotional intelligent
    • Display a high level of sound judgment
    • Possess the confidence and ability to influence people ; strong physical presence and energy
    • Willing to work at all levels in the organization; multiply skill for machinery, processes and procedures across department
    • Sound awareness of emerging issues within and outside department/ organization with the ability to adapt to the changing operating environment of the sector
    • Suggest innovation solutions to common departmental problem
    • IT literate; Microsoft office user and computer literate

    Internal Control Lead

    COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB (educations and experience required

    • 7yrs+ experience from a similar position or delivering similar services in a multinational group 
    • Relevant professional certification is a plus.
    • Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks.
    • Strong analytical skills include the ability to spot, assess and address risk, materiality and interdependencies and translate it into impact analysis for the business reporting and recommendations for improvement.
    • Strong communication skills presenting internal control and risk matters in an understandable way across various forums and levels of the organization with the right level of detail. 
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a multi-geographic team. 
    • Adaptable to working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment 
    • Striving for continuous improvement and optimization 
    • Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders 
    • B.Sc./HND in any science or social science courses
    • MBA degree is an added advantage.
    • Versatile in Microsoft Dynamics; ERP
    • SAP knowledge is an added advantage
    • Skills: Strong People Management Skills

    DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTION

    • Own the design, implementation, documentation, assessment and monitoring of internal control framework, including group policies and key risks in order to ensure that business has adequate controls to prevent unintentional and intentional errors in business reporting, processes and operations. 
    • Formulate policies and procedures to improve internal controls, compliance and efficiency 
    • Lead the process for internal controls reviews across functions
    • Deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to business partners, senior leadership and audit committee.
    • Deliver adequate and timely action plans and monitor progress to address and resolve control deficiencies 
    • Work collaboratively with business and process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action. 
    • Actively apply and implement best practices for managing internal controls to enhance and continuously improve the effectiveness of the controls, documentation, assessment and review procedures
    • Actively engage with internal and external auditors to ensure consideration and resolution of all relevant risks and audit findings 
    • Develop and conduct adequate training to business partners on a regular basis to build knowledge and understanding of risks and control
