Responsibilities

• Optimize the utilization of human and material resources to attain high level of efficiency and percentage yield
• Keep records of actual number of cases/cartons produced and compare to determine line efficiency
• Ensure zero defects in finished goods to minimize rate of return from market
• Take proper charge machines by ensuring daily checks, repairs, maintenance and liaise with maintenance supervisors for any major repair
• Ensure material wastages are kept to minimum as to reduce cost of production
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety rules and regulations in order to reduce the accident rates in factory

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc or other relation courses
• At least 3 years of work experience in Distilleries, Breweries or FMCG

Responsibilities

• Support, develop and implement HR initiatives
• Ensure all legal guidelines are adhered to in the operations of the organization.
• Maintain payroll for the whole team keeping in mind payroll guidelines
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Requirements

• A Degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Distilleries, Breweries or FMCG
• Human Resources certificate is an added advantage
• Computer skills including Ms office suite, Outlook programs and e-mail at high proficiency level
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy
