    Production Pharmacist

    Job Purpose

    • Production Pharmacist is responsible for Production activities, starting from incoming material to outgoing finished goods.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Involvement with pilot trials of products under development.
    • Ensure proper operation, cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and to report any malfunctioning to the appropriate department.
    • Ensure strict compliance with production plans and generating daily production reports including variances.
    • To monitor production operations and records in accordance with Master formula from the start of production till completion.
    • Ensure all processes are done in strict compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practices.
    • Validation of production processes, preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • To ensure manufacturing and packaging operations are carried out as per SOPs
    • Ensure that the appropriate Qualifications and calibrations of production equipment are performed as per SOP and the reports are generated
    • Ensure appropriate inventory in conjunction with the store officer to ensure timely supply of materials needed for production
    • Share responsibility with the maintenance team in ensuring that all production equipment is standardized and certified.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Pharmacist.
    • Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems
    • Good organizing skills.
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach.

    Executive Driver

    Job Summary

    • Executive driver / Personal driver to the MD is solely responsible for transporting the MD and his family safely from one place to another and on time.
    • He is also responsibility for the overall auto care of all the MD’s cars.
    • Executive driver must be skillful in driving and also able to multitask effectively while driving, as well as responding to any emergencies that might arise.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide chauffeuring services to CEO and his families
    • Providing security for executives and their families, including monitoring their well-being and handling any security threats or issues that arise
    • Maintaining a vehicle cleanliness, inventory, ordering parts, and arranging for maintenance and repairs as needed
    • Ensuring that the MD’s schedule is organized effectively to maximize productivity
    • Staying informed about current local events and activities that may be of interest to the MD so that he or she may be informed about community activities and events
    • Monitoring traffic conditions, including road construction and congestion, and relaying information to the MD in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made
    • Abide by all traffic regulations, laws, and ordinances while driving
    • Do not leave and drive out of work without permission
    • Any other ad-hoc assignments or project as when required by the CEO.

    Essential Requirements

    • Candidates should possess minimum of an FSLC qualification
    • 5+ years’ experience in driving with at least 2 years in driving a top management of a company.
    • Candidate must possess a valid Driver’s license
    • Addition Certification in driving or security will be an added advantage
    • Clean traffic records and good driving skills
    • Familiar with Lagos Road networks and landmarks
    • Experienced driving luxury cars is an advantage
    • Fluent in English speaking, reading, and understanding
    • Willing to work overtime/weekends
    • Punctual & Good time management
    • Good decision making & problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.

    Medical Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • Meet or exceed sales targets (Sales Growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
    • To present and sell pharmaceutical products to organizations, businesses or government agencies.
    • To contact potential buyers, present pharmaceutical products, answer questions and discuss pricing.

    Job Duties

    • Managing sales efforts with marketing programs.
    • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
    • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
    • Understanding and promoting company programs.
    • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of B.Sc. in Biological Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Science related course.
    • Professional qualification in Marketing will be added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in Pharmaceutical sector.
    • Below 30 years.
