Job Description / Responsibilities

• Full understanding of company products
• Translate technical details into benefits for the user
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products
• Develop product marketing strategies (, advertising, product launching)
• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
• Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
• Create content and design when required
• Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
• Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
• Background in design and copywriting is a great advantage
• Experience in market analysis
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends).

Description

• We are seeking immediate hire of a Sales Agents who will market the app a digital market place for Pharmacies.
• The Sales Agents will interact physically with wholesalers and retailers to onboard them onto the online platform, educate them on the use of the app, and convince them to utilize this to conduct their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Identify the target market
• Educate the target market on the use of the app for placing orders
• Maintain up-to-date information on the pricing and availability of goods
• Handle customer's questions and complaints according to laid down procedures
• Grow market share by ensuring assigned sales targets are met
• Frequently meet with customers to discuss sales and new products
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the provision of superior services to the customers
• Provide market intelligence to stakeholders, identify product gaps and new business opportunities
• Develop sales proposals that speak to the customers’ needs, concerns, and objectives.

Competency / Skill / Requirements

• OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• At least 1 year sales experience in any field
• Product knowledge of all goods the company deals in
• Experience managing wholesalers / retailers on all levels
