    Product Manager (MVNO)

    Job Description

    • Design Strategy: Define the overall strategy, design and roadmap for our unique products and services in alignment with the business goals and user needs.
    • Product Strategy Development: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and define product strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Customer support and Technical) to align design initiatives with product goals, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
    • Cross-Sectorial Partnership: Collaborate with strategic partners to co-create and integrate value-added products and services into our offerings, leveraging the partner capabilities, content, or technology to enhance the overall customer experience
    • Regulatory Compliance and Partner Management: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to telecommunications products and services, ensuring compliance in product development and operations.

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of experience in product and UX/UI design, preferably in MVNO/MNO, with a proven track record of leading design initiatives and delivering successful digital products/services.
    • Strong understanding of mobile telecommunications (especially MVNO) market segment and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across other sectors.

    Project Manager

    Job Description

    To oversee the design, construction, requirements analysis, planning, administration and to guarantee that they are all finished within predetermined budgets and standards.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Assist in the definition of project scope and project charter, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Review of detailed design plans and ensuring they meet and uphold high standards for quality and scope.
    • Help Business units project managers to better coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of assigned projects.
    • Apply a system to monitor, track progress, manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost.
    • Measure and report project performance and escalate proactively to management.
    • Understand and deploy risk management techniques to minimize project risks
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and database (digitally)
    • Project Management: Plan, manage, track, report on, and drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives and projects to scope schedule, quality, and other business requirements.
    • Must be able to read and interpret plans, specifications, BOQs and an extensive variety of technical instructions in diagram form.
    • Corporate Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on corporate performance across dimensions including business, operational, strategy initiatives, and project performance.
    • Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, construction procedures, estimating and scheduling practices.
    • Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
    • Analyze real estate trends and proffer recommendations for improvement.
    • Coordinate cross-functional management reviews. Provide periodic updates and reports on projects and strategic initiatives to the MD as required.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    • First degree 2:1
    • Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering/Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering
    • Master’s degree will be an added advantage

    Experience

    • At least 8 – 12 years post-graduation experience
    • Must have managed a team
    • Must have experience as a building construction project manager and familiar with AutoCAD/Autodesk and Procore.
    • Experience in construction and project management for both
    • commercial and residential developments with involvement from start to end completion medium scale projects.
    • Project Management certification will be an advantage

    Account Officer

    Job Description

    • Setup accounting system for organization (books/ledgers)
    • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
    •  Process bank deposits
    • Reconcile financial statements
    • Prepare and send invoices/quotations
    •  Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
    • Submit tax reports, forms and make relevant tax payments
    •  Identify and address discrepancies
    •  Prepare all periodic accounting reports
    •  Work with auditors to prepare statutory accounting reports
    • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
    • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
    • Communicate and work with relevant vendors
    •  Manage basic administrative functions i.e., procurement of office supplies,
    • coordinate office ambiance,
    •  Create and Manage office filing system
    •  Coordinate external communications with clients, vendors and other stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience as an Account Officer
    • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
    • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating
    • spreadsheets) Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
    • Good organizational and time-management abilities
    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
    • Great communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
