    Product and Customer Experience Manager

    Description

    • A Product and Customer Experience Manager should have a deep understanding of the product and ensure the development and improvement of the product to enhance the overall customer journey and the satisfaction of the users.

    Responsibilities 

    • Lead the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the I.T. team, Design team, Marketing, and Customer support, to drive the successful launch and promotion of products.
    • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the customer experience.
    • Develop and implement customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
    • Work with product teams to define and prioritize features that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product success and identify features that will enhance customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 0 - 3 years work experience.
    • Ability to use various tech and communication tools such as Canva, Intercom, etc.

    UI / UX Designer

    Description 

    • The UI/UX Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. Designs should be created with a deep understanding of user behavior and the interfaces crafted should be both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

    Responsibilities 

    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
    • Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visually communicate design ideas.
    • Develop visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for digital products and applications.
    • Gather feedback from the Product manager and other team members to refine designs accordingly.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
    • Create and maintain design guidelines and style guides for consistency across products.
    • Collaborate with the branding and marketing teams to create visually compelling promotional materials.
    • Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to cross-functional teams.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years work experience.
