What You Will Be Responsible For

• Owning internal operations across projects, tech, and delivery
• Ensuring developers, designers, and account managers are aligned
• Following up on tasks aggressively but professionally
• Spotting inefficiencies and restructuring workflows
• Creating and enforcing SOPs
• Ensuring projects move from onboarding → execution → delivery smoothly
• Identifying bottlenecks before they become crises
• Tracking deadlines, renewals, integrations, and technical dependencies
• Improving systems continuously

Who This Is For

• Has worked in a web agency, digital agency, SaaS company, or tech-driven business
• Understands WordPress, hosting, domains, CRMs, integrations (even if not coding)
• Naturally takes ownership instead of waiting for instruction

Experience Required
