    Procurement Officer

    Role Purpose

    • As Procurement Officer, you are responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality
    • You will ensure that purchases are right quality, right quantity, right price, right place and supplied at the right time.
    • This role ensures timely procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining accurate records and complying with regulatory and quality standards

    Key reponsibilities

    • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of medical consumables, medical equipment, and OEM products.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
    • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
    • Liaise with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Track and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize stockouts or overstocking. Provide timely updated supplier tracking reports
    • Communicate order status, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders.
    • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
    • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes.
    • Monitor, forecast and identify upcoming levels of demand, track inventory levels, gaps and bottlenecks in the supply chain management procedures, and develop mitigation plans for commodities supplies & delivery.
    • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and conduct Quality Control activities in the procurement process.
    • Support in the implementation and realization of the procurement plan through sending notifications to programs and departments to initiate procurements and advising on changes in the procurement plan for procurement processes.
    • Ability to update vendor and supplier data according to the Company’s Procurement Guidelines.

    Qualification

    • B.Sc. in Purchasing Management, Logistics & Supply Management, Business Admin or related discipline with relevant professional certificate
    • 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position.
    • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors). focused experience in the Medical Equipment Supply industry with expertise in supply chain management, contract negotiations and cost management.

    Key competence:

    • Negotiation skills: The ability to persuade, influence and explore positions and alternatives to reach outcomes that will gain the acceptance of all parties and will also meet the organisation’s strategic procurement objectives.
    • Relationship management/interpersonal skills: The ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish rapport and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers & customers.
    • Procurement skill: Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
    • Systems Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Skills, ability & knowledge:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Supervisory and management experience.
    • Attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

    Financial Manager

    Job Summary

    • The financial manager will provide end-to-end operational leadership across UMHC and Health Focus and play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient financial operations.
    • Act as the direct operational lead for the finance teams of UMHC and Health Focus while aligning strategies with the CFO.
    • The role focuses on overseeing financial activities, preparing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring the company’s financial health.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring robust financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury management, and support for business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for UMHC and Health Focus
    • Supervise finance officers and accountants across UMHC and Health Focus
    • Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings
    • Oversees reconciled bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
    • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
    • Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyse variances
    • Maintain accurate general ledger integrity for both entities
    • Monitor Expenditures and Perform variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
    • Oversee receivables, payables, inventory financing, and credit control.
    • Ensure timely filing of all tax obligations (CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.).
    • Updating and maintaining the Fixed Assets register and posting depreciation/Amortisation.
    • Develop rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, and long-range financial model
    • Ability to manage competing priorities across two entitie

    • 7–10 years relevant experience, preferably in medical consumables, healthcare, or distribution industries. Proven leadership and cross-functional communication abilities.

    Skills, Ability & Knowledge:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, treasury management, and ERP systems
    • Exceptional knowledge of analysing risks, preparing forecasts, cost accounting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Accurate and precise attention to detail.
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

    Sales Executive - Radiology (North)

    Purpose of the Role

    • The Radiology Sales Executive in Uni-medical Healthcare Limited is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of radiology products and services within a specified market.
    • This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring the company meets or exceeds revenue targets.
    • The position requires a deep understanding of radiology technology, market trends, and customer needs within the healthcare industry.

    Key Reponsibilities
    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies for radiology products and services to meet revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets, through research and relationship-building.
    • Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, private practices, imaging centers, and other healthcare providers.

    Product Knowledge and Consultation:

    Key Competencies:

    • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of radiology equipment, imaging systems (such as MRI, CT scans, X-rays, etc.), and relevant software.
    • Sales Skills: Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets in a business development role. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions.
    • Candidate must understand Kano & other related territory.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
    • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g.,Odoo, Senri) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
