    Relationship Officer

    The Relationship Offier will handle the following Responsibilities

    • Supervision of customer’s enquires
    • Supervision & Sales of VITEL WIRELESS sim cards/Airtime/Data
    • Supervision of Sim cards activation on KYC app
    • Supervision & Sales of VITEL WIRELESS Routers and Mifis
    • Activation of Mobile Agents, Supervise & work closely with the mobile agents to monitor their performances
    • Repond to Mobile Agent’s issues and escalate same to the Management and VITEL WIRELESS team where necessary.
