    Presales Engineer (Cloud & Microsoft)

    Job Summary

    • You will be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing Bill of Materials with pricing for solutions relating to Microsoft Solutions.
    • You will architect for other areas of solution as the company deem fit from time to time. Your goal is to win the customer with innovative solutions that solve customers’ problem at a price point that gives competitive edge without compromising quality and integrity.
    • You will interface with external vendors, OEM, and sales team in ensuring optimum performance of the solution areas under your portfolio.

    Job Description

    • Speaking with customers via email, phone, physical meetings for initial requirement capture
    • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Solutions.
    • Knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR and System
    • Basic knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, Security Solutions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, partner under your area of concentration.
    • Keep up to date with various OEM product announcements and sales incentives and programs under your area of coverage.
    • Support sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by Presales Lead or Sales Lead.
    • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organization
    • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
    • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within clients. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
    • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
    • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
    • Builds relationships especially on C-level with customers and global partners that result in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
    • Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
    • Design of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment
    • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
    • Deliver Proof of Concepts (POC).
    • Product presentations and demonstrations.
    • Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities.
    • Collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.
    • Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
    • Support the team lead in preparing and implementing annual work and resource plans; support their applicability within the overall company strategy.
    • Recognize and actively seek ways to exploit IT to address complex business, organizational and technical issue
    • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
    • Other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor and management.

    Job Specification

    • University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related courses or numerate disciplines.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience.
    • M.Sc will be an added Advantage.
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
    • Microsoft 365 Identity and Services.
    • Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Office 365 and Office 2019).
    • MCSE: Core Infrastructure.
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
    • Virtualization Certificate (VMware/Microsoft/Nu tanix/RedHat), Storage Certificate (DellEMC/IBM/NETAP P), Server Certificate (DellEMC/IBM/HPE), Cloud Certificate (AWS/Azure/Oracle/G oogle).
    • Good at problem solving
    • Good at organizing and multitasking and prioritize under pressure
    • Able to explain technical problems in a simple term
    • Work well with people and Willingness to travel
    • In depth knowledge of the compute solution (server, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, disaster recovery, converge/hyper- converge system,
    • Microsoft solutions
    • Analytical and problem- solving ability.
    • Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization;
    • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
    • Proven hands-on experience on compute system projects.
    • VCP/MSCE or more.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics and windows server.

    Client Relationship Manager

    Summary

    • The position is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing sales activities of the business within Lagos environs, as well as developing and implementing an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy, focused primarily on new opportunities and markets.
    • The Client Relationship Manager shall be responsible for driving the acquisition of the Company’s customers, its revenue goals and the general direction and management of all sales and marketing activities, including market, competitiveness, product definition / pricing and distribution/diversity strategies

    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to your line manager
    • Collaborate with Technical team on sales technology initiatives
    • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
    • Train and ensure adherence to sales process

    Specifications & Requirements

    • University Degree in a relevant discipline
    • Master’s degree from a recognized University will be an advantage
