Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Receive and confirm prescription orders from patients or healthcare providers.
• Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and removing expired drugs.
• Provide information to patients on proper medication usage when delegated by the pharmacist.
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy work area.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Assist in the billing and processing of prescriptions and medical insurance claims.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Pharmacy Technician certification or OND in related fields.
• Valid certification or license as a Pharmacy Technician
• Previous work experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N120,000 / month.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, label, and process patient specimens (blood, urine, stool, swabs, etc.).
• Carry out routine laboratory tests under the supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• Prepare reagents, stains, and laboratory materials.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and analyzers.
• Ensure proper sample storage and disposal using safety and infection control guidelines.
• Record test results accurately and update laboratory logs or patient files.

Requirements

• OND, HND or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology / Laboratory Technician certification.
• Valid practicing license
• Experience in a diagnostic or hospital laboratory is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
