Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist in project management, reporting, and follow-ups on strategic tasks
• Coordinate logistics for fashion events, client meetings, and brand collaborations
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, and executive briefs as needed
• Ensure the MD’s day runs smoothly with attention to detail and foresight.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
• Professional appearance and a calm, composed demeanor
• Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or hospitality is an added advantage

• Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a passion for precision, leadership, and delivering high-impact construction projects? We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute infrastructure and building projects with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
