Summary of Responsibilties

• Responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets for the Company’s range of Perkins Products and services within the assigned geographical territory and market sector.

Main Funcation

• Obtain order that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate equipment sales into high valued projects.
• Ensure that full payments are received for all units sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Result-driven and motivated to meet sales targets
• Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.
• Aggressively promote the company’s product within the catchment area and win more prospects there from.
• Provide product related technical assistance and advise to customers and prospects.
• Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.
• Maintain good corporate reputation and effective communication between our clients/customers and Delta
• Promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints such as to retain their goodwill and confidence in the product, services and the dealership at large.
• Establish and report competitive activities and sales opportunities (for spare parts, units). Implement actions that will ensure prompt and adequate conversion to Prime products sales & Spare parts.
• Perform any other related duties as may be required.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Support in interpreting company credit policies and applying same in ensuring that receivable balances are kept within the targeted company threshold. Assist Credit Controller in ensuring the integrity of account receivable ledger.

Main Functions

• Ensuring accurate and timely posting of payment to customer account.
• Process credit application for Parts and Prime Product in line with company credit policy.
• Ensuring daily and timely matching of customers’ account.
• Weekly reconciliation of allocated customer accounts and ensuring resolution of reconciling items.
• Monthly circularization of customers’ statement with the outstanding debts.
• Provide accurate and timely Sales and Receivable information to management at any time as required.
• Daily releasing of Parts and Services Quotes and Orders.
• Daily releasing of Prime Products Orders.
• Preparing a daily collection report.
• Regular collation and posting of WHT credit notes received from consultants and maintenance of “WHT Debit Account – 14400”
• Attending to all Delta Credit Issues and providing weekly exceptions report to the Credit Controller.
• Carry out any other finance related function as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
