Summary:

The Partner Relations Executive will be responsible for collaborating with the relevant internal departments to better address partner needs, providing regular updates including statements of accounts to partners, and acquiring/securing prime locations where advertising campaigns can be deployed.

Duties:

• Cultivating solid relationships with partners through the provision of timely updates and feedback before, during and after deployment of campaigns.
• Creating a positive and seamless onboarding/KYC experience for new partners.
• Regularly interacting with partners through telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings.
• Acquiring prime sites/locations where campaigns can be deployed.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential partners.
• Drafting proposals/SLAs/contracts and other relevant documents for signing by both partner and Company representatives. 
• Responding to partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Organizing meetings to enable partners to fully understand and utilize the features and benefits of the proposed partnership.
• Ensuring that the correct terms and details are entered into the database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relavant discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role. Proven experience working as a Client Service Executive, Direct Sales Agent, etc. will be a plus.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

• On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience handling digital marketing roles for start-ups/brands.
• The person would work with our copy-writing, design and PR team.

Responsibilities

• Design the digital strategy for the brand to fulfill the business goals. This would include the communication objectives, the channels to be used, budgets, defining of the digital assets and seem less integration to the same.
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
• Manage end-to-end digital projects
