Job Description

• On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an engineering Graduate who has experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Tiling, and skills for non-industrial applications.
• Ideal candidate should have hands-on work experience in the skill or training experience in the skill.

Responsibilities

• Define the products and services which can be offered on the app.
• Define the price brands for the product and services
• Validate the service providers data prior to onboard them on the app.
• Validate skills of students that go through the skill trainings
• Assist marketing in reaching out to other handymen in the category
• Conduct / supervise handymen induction and onboarding
• Review technical aspect of the customer complaints and resolve the same.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng. Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a vocational institution, property management company or a manufacturing company.
