    Outsourcing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure registration with HuCaPAN, get Recruiters License.
    • Lead in the drive for the acquisition of new customers across all CREM’s business verticals.
    • Co-ordinate all Outsourcing business efforts for seamless operations
    • Developing a change management plan to support changes associated with assigned categories
    • Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve or escalate as appropriate
    • Input own agreements, service details and payment forecasts onto the Contracts Database and maintain all other systems as appropriate
    • Manage outsourced deliverables and services for platform services
    • Act as contact point between internal and external teams for outsourced projects
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of outsourcing procedures and methodologies
    • Design and drive consistent and organized processes for outsourcing
    • Assess, monitor, document, and communicate on outsourced costs, project status, risks and key learnings to stakeholders
    • Identify, track, manage, and resolve outsourcing issues
    • Ensure that bills are timely paid by our clients
    • Organize, schedule and ensure the execution of training for outsourced staff.
    • Build a robust customer relationship management mechanism to ensure retention and enhanced usage.
    • Ensure seamless recruitment, placement and management of outsourced staff.

    Job Specifications / Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / BSc in any discipline
    • A Master's Degree / Relevant Professional Certification is an advantage
    • Five ( 5) - Twelve (12) years hands - on experience in an outsourcing / HR Consulting firm with an existing clientele
    • Outsourcing experience in a structured outsourcing outfit is required
    • Ability to design and analyse KPIs in line with our outsourcing strategy in order to drive continuous improvement
    • In-depth understanding of project life cycle
    • Ability to draft proposals and contractsamendments using templates

    Assistant Business Development / Growth Manager

    Responsibilities 

    • Ensure that revenue target for the business is met periodically.
    • Build strong relationship with both existing and new customers
    • Ensure growth in CREM’s market share.
    • Strategically lead in retaining our customer base/market share
    • Lead in the drive for the acquisition of new customers across all CREM’s business verticals.
    • Co-ordinate all sales efforts of the revenue generating departments
    • Ensure that bills are timely paid by our clients
    • Coach other sales personnel in the business for optimal performance.
    • Involve in training facilitation when necessary.
    • Build a robust customer relationship management mechanism to ensure retention and enhanced usage.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of First Degree (B.Sc or HND) in any field , preferrably Sales / Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field .
    • 5 - 7 years of work experience in sales / marketing out of which 3years should be on a managerial cadre
    • A Master's Degree / Relevant Professional Certification is an added advantage
    • Females are strongly encouraged to apply
    • Excellent knowledge of Ms Office, Power Point / Presentation
    • An energetic eam player with ability to close deals and create business retentions with large Corporate and MSME's Organizations is desirable
    • Experience in Research & Development, Training, consulting and Manpower Outsourcing sectors will be an added advantage.
    • A fast learner, quick thinker and analytical skills, Good Communication skills, Good negotiation skills and Interpersonal Skills.

    Remuneration
    N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
