Operations Manager (Fashion Brand) at Klar Management Consult

Location: Orchid, Lekki, Lagos (On-site)
Fulltime: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00pm), Saturdays: 9:00am to 2:00pm
Compensation: ₦300,000

A leading fashion brand, Sewasimilara, is looking for a high-performing Operations Manager to drive structure, efficiency, and growth across the business.

This is not a routine role. We’re looking for someone who can own operations end-to-end, lead people, and ensure excellence across production, client experience, and revenue delivery.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage the full order lifecycle: inquiry → production → delivery 
• Drive production timelines and proactively resolve delays 
• Enforce strict quality control before dispatch 
• Lead and manage the production team for performance & accountability 
• Oversee client communication and ensure a premium customer experience 
• Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and improve conversion rates 
• Manage and optimize CRM/tools (Trello, tracking systems, workflows) 
• Monitor payments and ensure financial compliance before production 
• Deliver weekly performance reports (operations, sales, team output)

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years experience in operations/project management (fashion, retail, or similar fast-paced environment preferred) 
• Strong project management and execution skills 
• Proven ability to take ownership without supervision 
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
• Commercially aware — understands sales, conversions, and revenue impact 
• Confident managing people, processes, and timelines 
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with tools like Trello, CRMs, tracking systems) 
• Proactive, solution-driven, and results-oriented 
• Female candidates preferred (for team balance)
