    Operations / Digital Marketing Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Operations / Digital Marketing Manager will focus on the company's online customers, ensuring continuous engagement, to increase market share and sales

    Key Responsibilities
    Digital Marketing:

    • Implement approved online marketing strategy
    • Develop suitable content to attract the company's target market
    • Design and implement online campaigns to attract new customers and generate sales
    • Creatively employ various online channels and platforms for marketing the company's products
    • Identify and exploit new markets to increase sales
    • Liaise with store to ensure consistent prompt, efficient and professional service to customers
    • Resolve customer complaints
    • Track analyze and report marketing data for effective decision making.

    Operations Management:

    • Coordinate daily operations activities to ensure seamlessness.


    • Submit daily sales report
    • Submit data analytics report periodically.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Keep track of online customers, ensuring excellent delivery to engender repeat purchases and referrals
    • Implement formal customer feedback mechanisms.


    • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 0 - 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing
    • Proven experience in selling commodities
    • Excellent communication skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
    • Proven experience in the hospitality or FMCG industry with at least two years in a supervisory position
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Demonstrable experience in business development, sales and marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
    • Creativity and innovation in developing new business strategies and marketing initiatives.
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
