    • In this role, you will support strategy execution, deliver transformation projects, and provide analytical insights that drive meaningful business change across multiple industries.
    • This role is ideal for a candidate with 2–5 years’ experience working with KPMG or similar top-tier consulting firms, either in Nigeria or abroad, who understands traditional consulting methodologies and is eager to support Senior Consultants and Partners in delivering technical and strategic solutions.

    What You’ll Do?

    • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to guide transformation programs.
    • Support the design and implementation of organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
    • Develop leadership development frameworks, competency models, training plans, and capability-building structures.

    • Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements.

    • Identify operational and process gaps, with recommendations for improvement.
    • Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across transformation, digital, and operational projects.

    • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and professionalism beyond typical firm levels.
    • Demonstrated experience in change management, leadership development, or technology projects is a plus (upskilling possible if needed).
    • Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, data visualisation tools, Miro, and project management systems.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
